20k gg gone

Hi GM,

Can you please check my account godrayna03. my free 20k gg is gone i was browsing for GS and decided to buy a mount and suddenly my 20k gg is gone.

If you mean christmas it's 10k and are the mounts not 10k so when you bought the mount you spent the GG

Sorry I'm a little confused here
You had 20k GG
You bought a mount for 20k
The 20k is then gone

This would be normal as you spent the 20k GG on the mount

sorry BH for the huge confusion. i have 20k GG. while browsing the GS and choosing what kind of ancient mount should i buy. when i'm about to buy it my GG turn to 0. there's no mount in my bag. can you check on that please?

Yep I can check on it but are you sure you just did not buy a mount and it's in your bag just invisible

Have you tried te bag refresh trick to be sure also have you tried a full relog

Missing bag items
Problem:
You are missing items in your bag, or you have opened up a bundle without enough space in your bag.

Solution:

• Create space in bag.
• Exit the game.
• Navigate to Config/Chronicles/
• Delete CharaName_BagItems.dat
• Log back into game.

I will not be able to check on the GG until later today due to work

Follow the steps your provided and still no mount showing in my bag or GG. i have like 50% free weight.

Our records show you bought an AncientWolf at 07:45 and that you have it equipped

GG is shared accross accounts so if you send 20k on one char on the account it will not be available on the other, it's account linked not char

You spent the GG by buying the mount

Gamegold is shared across characters on accounts. You had 20k total for both characters not 40k
