Changes as of Chronicles 1.9.9.6
There is a small issue with Archers attack animations hanging when rapid fire is up... Its very small but was annoying us so we will fix it asap...

- New monk class open to general public.
- Decoy now spawns and swaps in a single spell.
- RedMoonEvil can no longer be repulsed/entraped.
- Skills now working with MirBow.
- PowerShot causes repulsion effect around its target.
- RedMoonBow now repairs on PK (like other RedMoon weapons).
- FateBow now has reduced pk points on PK (like other Fate weapons).
- DemonKing sometimes not attacking fix.
- Murdered by Qfunction (Larva/Tbolt) fix.
- New weapons for all classes at level 46, 55.
- Attack speed adjustments to all classes except Assassins.
- DoubleSlash animation speed has been increased.
- MagicBooster effect has been reduced by 25%.
- FlameField now has less chance of hitting top end MC.
- Magic delay issue fixed (now working like official).
- Adjustments to BloodMage (halves exp on revive, revived mobs no longer drop).
- Accuracy Orbs now work on Necklaces.
- Level 60 statues added to BichonWall.
- Adjustments to backend logging and security.
- Demon orbs fixed, can now be killed.
- Fox orbs fixed, can now be killed.
