    I use Rider all the time for c# dev and all the dot net tools are really useful too. I use a subscription, but you can get early preview builds to get around the cost/trials

    I personally only see the scope of responsibility for LOMCN is to not allow the distribution of cheats/hack tools or methods to otherwise attack/misrepresent a server. Ultimately its up to the server owners to deal with actual instances of cheating, charge backs and DOS... LOMCN cannot really...
