That shouldn't be classed as a bug - MR never worked on AOE spells, just single target. Even when MR was bugged on Euro and you could 100% avoid single target spells for a period of time, IceStorm for example still hit every time. Making MR work on AOE spells too would be silly.
I would agree with these words, however I would change most of them with other words that mean different things and then put them in a different order.
I briefly remember you being the Wizard in guild that was constantly whining about hunts, coupled with being one of those players that PM's people like a man possessed when they attack or PK you.

Yea it's happened on all private servers I've played. Surprisingly big market for it - 10 (or however many) years on. It's been a bannable offence though on the rest of them, or that's what they say outwardly anyway.
They've confirmed they're quite happy for people to sell chars and/or items for RL cash. Quite surprising really.

Is PC damage not supposed to scale with level? Only the cooldown shortens? Seems odd if intended.

Yea the mob lvl wasn't changed per se, I think I read that he just put in a modifier that makes the mob non-hallucinationableabelagelabalbele. So you can trap/tame/repulse still, but just can't hallucinate it, even if you were level 150. Same for TU on some mobs I think.
But if everything is changed then trap/tame lvls etc should also be different I guess. So instead of being able to tame Black Mags for example at 26, now they would be tameable at 40 or whatever level is correct for x8 exp? Just doesn't seem right. Or are we leaving things like that as they were...
Why is it a bug though? I assume the mob lvls here are based on Euro too? Like you can tame cents at 24, OmaWarriors at 26 etcetc? If so, a lvl 57 Tao on Euro (not that there was one) would be able to Hallucinate Vipers.

The main problem seems to be Armours. HA and DarkArmors are everywhere and should be a lot rarer than they are. Weapons seem in about the right spot - maybe too many lvl 50 ones but the rest seem ok. Drop rates are one of the most crucial aspects to the longevity of a server, even moreso than...
Wouldn't say Sins destroyed Warrs at all really. Equal lvl sin and warr both with all skills I'd say warrs had the advantage, especially with SlashingBust and CounterAttack.
If you mean the bugged Sin heros then of course, they were ridiculous.
If it's intentional it's the most ridiculous thing I think I've seen on any mir server lol. It's a game breaking advantage for Taos and Wizards when it comes to PvP. Doubt I'll play if things like this are in game and unresolved, makes things waaaaay too easy.
