    I don't agree, it was 20 base Ac before you would never be hit by archers in bdd. Even with a tao in standard kit +hs blessed armour only adds 8 Ac. So even if it added 8-8 it would still mean sacrificing other stats to achieve 20 base Ac on most chars.

    I can't remember on euro to state that i'm 100% sure but I am 100% sure on USA mir2. Rage, Pro Wall, Blessed Armour, Soul Shield all provided you with base stats equal to the top end. I think if you make the mods to follow this it would be a good buff for taos and wars thats not going to be game...

    On other mirs I have played the higher the base mc the longer the casting time (same as firewall). Doesn't seem to be the case on here. Max 10 hits before it goes down regardless of mc.
