    Potentially Luck? Drop rates are drop rates after all. You could kill Frost Tiger 200 times and get **** all. I kill it 30 times and get FF book.

    This isn't necessarily an increase to that % I guess. More likely an increase on top of the chance to drop. With 30% drop maybe you get like a 1.3% chance of x item instead of a 1% chance. FT can drop Mirror and FF
