    I would like to put my low level tao in it, primarily for setting up group hunts etc. However its full already, presumably with users miners and market alts etc? Its no biggie for me but its a shame for people new to this server not being able to use the newbie guild to meet people, friends etc...

    Obviously neither of you play as a wizard because a wizard would under no circumstance e shock an archer. They can be killed instantly with one spell.

    You tried playing about with the compatibility settings? I had a similar problem running Windows 8. I made sure it was set to Win XP S3, Disabled DPI scaling and managed to get it working perfect.
