I assume the distribution of the server will be via .torrent if so are you intending on releasing the files 2-3 days prior to launch to encourage people to download and seed ready for launch day?
I hope it's something that is fixed, if not it it detracts massively from the Sin class as a whole. Hoping that they have resolved the issue before launch as it seems to plague most servers.
If not I guess I'll be playing a different class.
The worry is with the community being quite small that we end up with only one major guild with no other guilds that can challenge them. The game quickly becomes stale when one guild dominates everything because they have 100 members and everyone else is sitting around the 30 mark.

10 was a bit of a strange number I must admit, 30-40 always felt about right deffo need a hard cap though otherwise the strong get stronger and leave the rest of the server behind/locked out usually reducing population in the long run.

I can't remember which server I played that had a 10* player limit and gold (earned through guild tax) and guild EXP levels that were required in order to increase the player cap and gain other bonuses. This worked out really well as...

Banya Stone Cave will be your bread and butter levelling place once you get defiance, it levels out your min/max MR/AC meaning you can strive for perfect defence and not get hit. After that Zuma Temple again requiring AC to get perfect defence.

MR 1 > +5 main stat = 1 (III) fragment (+5)
MR 2 > +5 main stat = 3 (III) fragment (+10)
MR 3 > +5 main stat = 6 (III) fragment (+15)
Don't have the % at hand but I didn't think I would risk it at lower than 70%.
Sin should be very high DPS as IMO discounting exploding pets insane 1 hit anything damage they are support to be the class that counters a warriors high HP and defence.
Sin > Warrior > Wizard > Taoist > Sin
That's roughly how I see it, not in terms that sin should only be able to beat...
