    TBL_STARTPOINT ... enter map number + cords eg: 0 300 300 thats made a safezone in bichonwall at those cords, edit how big you want safezone in setup.txt

    yeah u have to edit the npc script to sell what u want, and server lagging is prob background programs runnin on ur pc?
