    would a dmz mean that the ports will all be open and then the router wont affect it

    mapadale is right all you need is 3.55 Working LS Envir SQL 2000 with these you can get server running in 30mins perhaps less

    ok well best not format again lol as too many formats will mess up your pc's harddrive i suggest perhaps u double check all your files are configured correctly and that your database is too and if you still cant find the problem delete the files and start from scratch

    I agree you should format and start again i've just started to do that as i got a really odd problem with mine which i couldn't think of the solution for it so i've wiped and im starting from scratch not rushing this time im gonna take my time and make sure i get things done right

    is your sql set up properly cause that normally happens when sql is not set up properly and make sure you have done the odbc in the control panel also and double check the sa user and pass

    i think i got the solution to this problem thanks to Zorgon please close this topic mapadale if my solution works i will make a post about it still got same problem if someone who has got these files working has screens of the configs so i could see where ive gone wrong i would be grateful

    i cant seem to find it azuras files im after the npc script that levels skills dont matter i found it lol its just not on its own npc would be garetful if someone could explain how to make a new npc to me
