    Your mirserver folder is in the wrong location, it should be on your hard drive and not in any sub folders such as program files, like this. C:/Mirserver NOT C:/ProgramFiles/MirServer (or anything else along these lines)

    Map, has nothing to do with mapquest, delete the files in mapquest and the quest file. You need a copy of maps inside your server files, jusp copy them over from your client.

    First thing that springs to mind is that you have made a copy of the exe for your desktop and not made a "shortcut" instead. Otherwise try running the game directly from the folder as see if you still get the same problem ?
