    The setup is going to be almost the same. Look in your user manual. Find how to get into your Web based management. Go to the Forwarding section. Forward 7000, 7200 and 3000 to your Host Computers IP. Save The changes.

    That usally means the server is not fully loaded, Try rebooting.

    Which Server Starter are you using? I find the ServerControl.exe (the First Released one) is still the best. Simple and Effective, does the job perfectly.
