    I can't be bothered to read through all the posts.. all i can say in response to the first post is You don't love anime too much if you prefer dubs to subs. Besides the english version has all the cool violent parts cut out of it like sasukes premonition of his own death in the chuunin exam.

    That doesn't sound like the type of thing that should be booted during startup as, in general, those type of things are called Operating Systems. Have you tried exploring the CD and double clicking the executable while windows is already running?
