it's nice to see that you are replanning all the layout.. i'm sure that if you study it well it will look even better than the original layout made by the professional wemade guys.. lol
don't know why i bothered doing this but it was quite fun to see how the maps matched with the others.. this is a small look at bichon province and attached provinces..
it matches quite well even though a small part of Serpent valley goes behind Woomymon Woods.. only big error is Woomyon Woods...
this is only my opinion but i feel that the code JamieM is developping is much more stable and well written that the code LOM IV has but this ovviously as i said is only my opinion..

i don't know if this can interest you or not smavid but i was looking at your global map and i thought about editing it a bit..

Looks nice.. ovviously the game seems to be very simple but it has loads of coding to do to if you start from fresh and don't be upset with your work till now because it's seems to be coming very well indeed..
just keep up the work and when it is close to be something playable then you can...

i think it would be very nice to have a splitted bag window.. also with the same skin but splitted into 3 parts.. normal tab which will contain mir items, quest tab which will contain (guess what) quest items and a pot tab which can contain only...
there are a few parts of game which are too long i think.. angled stone temple is one of them.. you have to go through 5 huge floors, a maze and another mini floor to reach the kr and it's for a boss which is slightly stronger than a wt.. anyway not sure if it is the case to change it but i...
i think you can code for this to block.. you can stop multiply instances from running.. also you could use a tool to check the files that are loading like the usual gameguards..
it's a timing check.. at least on 2.3..
this is how the system works now and i think this has to be kept for balancing well..
if you are standing still and right mouse click a direction to run you will walk for 2 seconds and start running..
if you are walking in a direction and right click...
actually i think it's part of the game.. taking it off makes it quite meanless to me.. if you get hit you can't instant run.. you should walk a step or 2 before.. JamieM made a poll for the run meccanics and the community choose: "Walk once before running again".. i think this would occure also...
