to boot up the server you need to launch the dbserver.exe, loginserver.exe, rungate.exe, logdataserver.exe, logingate.exe and selgate.exe and then the m2server.exe.. you should have the gates connecting to the m2server and also the dbserver should be connecting.. if everything is connected...

try reading the error.. it says that map B114 didn't load.. it is looking for the map in C:\Program Files\Hell 2.3 client\Map\ folder..
now do you have any maps in that folder...

ok.. if i'm not wrong the weapon.wil inside the dm client can hold 99 weapons.. then all the other weapons need to be saved into the "graphics" folder inside "Weapon" folder one by one and need to be called 100.wil 101.wil ecc.. in...
i guess you have to make this manually.. i don't think it is possible..
i have tried to put variables into the
SETRANKLEVELNAME %s\ but everything after the \ is read as text and you can't put variables into it..

tbh the mogen into this files is not complete at all.. it covers just a few maps and it is not even close enough to the original mogen. you have make your own or import one from other server files.. also you can edit by yourself with the sql enterprise manager..
well i had already all the info stored into the mdb since i was working with the 2.6 server files but they are really a bit buggy and 2.3 seem a better set for having more and stable fun with.. since i was having problems importing i exported the mdb tables into txt files with delimited fields...
tested out a mixed version of the files with data.mdb and works but after some time crashes so i will import every table into sql which seems to speed up also my m2server.. especially in the mogen..

this guide is for windows xp.. What are you using? Also the problem is on the db importing.. You are using a method which on the newer sql is not valid anymore
i might be wrong but this images aren't enough to create a well made weapon animation for mir.. also in these images there are 3 flaming swords which don't match with the original sword.. can you check them up and tell us if you have further more frames so that we can animate correctly?
