    i got alot of stick for adding a cooldown to TDB (which ive still kept becuase its needed imo) hemo and fatalsword are passive procs like slaying, i dont get why TDB should be cast on every attack, its an empowered auto attack not a toggle skill, just my 2 pence and to cause some controversy ;)
