if u dont make admin race 2 it does not create the guild it just falls on its arse and dies. I have had problems with NPC.txt before that involved the co-ords of the npc ur placing. Try moving the co-ords and see if the same thing happans.

ok NPC.txt dont work same as merchant.txt
instead of anyname-(map name).txt it works as IngameNpcName-(mapname).txt
so in NPC.txt a entry would look like
Administrator 2 0150 7 16 0 8
and you would have
Administrator-0150.txt in the folder "NPC_def"
yea u set mon lvl to 1 and ur lvl 5000 u still get the exp in db, if you set HighLevelKillMonFixExp=0
when u kill the mob u will get 1 exp instead of the exp in database
