    The only people Todd rightfully removed was the people speed actually speed cheating. He banned Pork who was simply using XP & ACPI, same with myself. I think he has lightened up on it a bit though to focus on people actually cheating.

    Then your understanding is very limited. Like I have already said I did not "tweak" my pc. I simply installed windows XP, nothing more, nothing less. I have 2 operating systems, XP & W7. W7 gives me 20 fps and leaves me slower than 90% of the server, XP on the other hand runs the game smoothly...
