    What can you see in Safe Mode ? Is all the hardware correctly listed with drivers ? Depending on what you've wiped / deleted, you can still use system restore in safe mode. That should be your first port of call.

    That text problem is the same for Mir 2 in Win 8 and 10. Maybe you should rewind back to Win 7. There should be a restore point created when you installed 10.

    Yep. Thanks for the reply. I'm aware of the capabilities for the design, much of the reason behind my question was to see if it warranted such a design or something less complicated.

    Check it has the right graphics driver. Mine was given a default one on install but it was corrected a couple of days later by an auto-update. What version of Mir are you using and do you have any problems seeing text you type into text boxes in Mir ?

    Yup, I don't fanny around with forum settings etc., it's been like that for ages. The big difference with the forum is there's an option to choose the look and feel if you want, there isn't in Windows 10. Not down to the icon level anyway.

    When I played it in the early days, the chars movement didn't feel the same as on 2. It didn't look natural. Plus all the elements etc., no entry of shops, just external NPCs, the chat system, the whole package didn't feel right. I expect your new version probably removes most of those issues...

    Chronicles doesn't have that original feel though. Not for me anyway. It's more like Mir 3 and I didn't like that either.

    The current Korean files are of no use to you at all unless you wish to do some conversions. The archer doesn't exist in the Ruby files. The Ruby files work fine with Gamepot wils and maps.
