    was looking over some of your profiles etc n pics but seems that you concentrate upper body too much, myself i do legs too, you know those things you walk on, last time i was at gym able to do my legs i was doing 260kg calf pumps, and was pushing 400+kg on legs.

    i try and w8 until ive got a good hand be4 i raise the stakes but it can back fire as then they know what youve got etc, but its a good idea to lose a hand now and then when youve got a pair just see it to the end and youve just got to bide your time and mix it up a bit until you get a good hand...

    i play poker on facebook, ive got just over 9k chips i think, u get 200 chips every day u log on (once a day, dont get if u dont log on) quite fun as u can chat to the other on the table etc. i find the best tip is if u got the most chips try to be controling, try and take people out of the game.

    server was good, finding it a bit crap now not much to do, mirpolice members quiting, server count droped atleast 10 users a day the servers averaging 30ish. stats on items r well fuked and he keeps messing with them.
