    Tbh would just be better to leave server as it is, that way you keep your players. At the end of the day though its your choice, a hard choice yes i know because the high level players will say no wipe, and the low levels will say wipe. But do what you thinks best for the server. :)

    Faulty XP CD? if its a legal version,then thats obviously not the problem lol :P Make sure your CD drive is set to "master", and not slave. This might help, not sure though =/
