    Well, its flash'd the BIOS automatically with one installation program (if that makes sense :P ). Thats just the problem, my BIOS isnt saving anything. I tried that, pressed F10 to save and restart my comp (it done that), but as soon as i went back to my BIOS settings to check if it had saved...

    How would i go about doing this? I recently updated my BOIS, dont ask why, i just done live updates lol :P And ever since, i have had this "error" message on system startup: Its nothing major because i can press F2 and my system boots up fine, its just annoying me, thats all. ><

    Try another CD drive for the client disc :D Also, try 192.168.2.1 for your routers homepage.

    :) the AMD upgrade kit was what i was going to buy at first ^^ Not a bad upgrade kit tbh, should be an uber pc with thoughs specs/parts (once you get it all together :D ).

    Well, maybe a floppy disk drive? thats if you want/need one. Apart from that, i cant see anything else that you would need to buy ^^.

    You might need a PSU (unless thats included in the case?). And i think you get 1 IDE & Sata cable with your mobo (i did anyway :p ). If not, the cables are cheap to pickup anyway heh.

    Yep stone, DDR2 533mhz RAM. ^^ Cost me 55 quid for 1gig stick of RAM heh., im not sure if thats a good or bad price for DDR2?

    Its good for the price. I went for it because i am abit short on cash atm, and the processor cost abit more. I reccomend (like most would) that you buy a better graphics card, as the onboard graphics is on 64mb ><.

    Ok, i have managed to get it all up & running. Everything seems ok, accept one thing, there is a clicking noise from the cpufan/heatsink, well, around the area of where the processor is. This noise seems to only occur when the tower it nudged or moved slightly, and sometimes when i open my cd...

    I have managed to fit the CPU & heatsink/fan, corectly i hope. :P I just followed the instructions provided with the processor. Now i just need to connect all the other cables (led,power button,hdd etc) to the mobo. Thanks for help and replies people, really appreciated!! :D

    I may yet order that PSU you have senture (for now), if either mine i ordered doesnt turn up, or doesnt work. Now waiting for my processor and PSU to be delivered (today, i paid for 1 day delivery! :P ) and i shall attempt to fix my PC back together :D I hear fitting processors nower days are...
