    not having special repair on high rates mean u need to have high initial duras. on euro you would level in PB hitting one mob at a time, on provate servers u get hit alot more, making dura drop fast. I hate not having special repair as it puts people off wearing rares, therefore limiting pk...

    Well it would just be a quest npc, and once you have done one of the three, you wouldnt be able to acess those 3 again (quest flags) just have the rewards assigned to the different quests, once you have accepted one you cant go back to accept others...     Just keep banning characters once they reach a decent level.... let him think hes got away with it then as soon as its half decent.... ban it. too demoralising to play again. and if u r trying to stop noob chars being made, its kinda impossible as every man and his dog has a net connection...
