PC World & Maplin should stock it (I have a Maplin down the road from me, I bought some from there a couple weeks ago).
Just remember you need a THIN layer, very thin! Definitely best off getting one with a brush for good measure, it's much easier.
I'd recommend either buying thermal paste with a brush or just putting a blob in the middle of the heatsink and letting it squish to evenly spread it, especially if it's your first time applying it.
