    them servers are laggy as hell. and you even said ur self. when ppl downloading. it will lag the servers even more. so also withuploading/people viewing websites.. just use dedicated mirc servers. no need to be so fussy.. Quakenet at 16ms.. lol your self either 5k or when it lucky.. about 250...
