    15 seconds cd on ss? The f u tokin? Save me 2's ye? Fc pink ss away chase down met rip sin. Try more 4-5 seconds @10% hp per cast, make them think twice before spamming ss. Chain effect could be 10% hp first ss, if ss again in cd chain it takes 20% next ss cast, or 10% if the cd chain is over.
