Yes they are going to classify each skill lvl -_- which makes it 5 for each skill beacuse most skills will have 5 levels now instead of 3 which is all bunch of bull**** .But then 15 spells doesnt sound right ether so they are just full of crap just as "my new priv server is so 1137 it has 100000 new items!!11!!!1!"
