I'm confused... You are killing mobs 4x faster than any war, but yet you want more damage?

No sin kills x4 faster then a warrior, unless you stacking dc60+ luck 7...... Same sort of level and kit they kill a tad quicker if not the same...

- drops are awful. Stuff just doesn't drop often enough. Agreeee
- exp is to boring amd hard to get. Level limit may be reduced after 2.0 (can't have people level 50+ before the new expansion - would make sense?)
- things get changed so something decent drops then it gets changed back because it is wrong but the items that dropped don't get removed.this really rustled my jimmys on the Easter event, it was even worse he blatantly denied that they were dropping from Easter mobs, when they were. then he used the art of ninja nerfing to stop it.
- all the new skills will be too high a level which is almost unattainable by people that work more than 20 hours a week
Not really 100% sure on this, as I work a full time job (40+ hours) rarely on weekends and still manage to have a 42 sin 37 archer 28 wiz and a very fast leveling taoist (and I havent even tried to level for an age) it's just commitment to levelling really - however 44 does seem a tad ott(but it's due to not rushing ahead I guess)
- it never bothered me while playing but now it does lol, "melee pvp is always going to be broke" :( how so?
- ninja nerfs.sharing the pain
- calling intended changes bugs instead of admitting you got it wrong.

I was going to post it here but it doesn't really directly address the OP, he wants 2.0 to hurry up, where as this actually suggests ways on how to possibly keep the game interesting prior to this (and possibly after)

but yes, my posts stays the same, any feedback on the ideas would be good =]

CHANGE THE DROPFILES
make a big big marketing advertising campaign about doing so. Take the server down for 24 hrs to do it. Give everyone a last supper (non tradeable)after it comes back online.

delete every last supper and curse immunity potion when you delete rest of easter items. Ingame announcement to tell people to take screenies of their store chars if they want a refund(at half price) no screenie no refund.

Faith / SoloQ ( i think is his ingame name) talks really broken English

There has been (what seems to be) a big hit on their damage for a big hp buff (which to me they only needed 50% of what they gained)
My sin seems to hit like a baby with lk4 fates in full dc gear, not necessarily bad but they could do with a hp decrease and a damage amp somewhere, as at present a warrior same level as me, in slightly worse gear, does kill faster than me (and can sure as hell tank a lot more than me)


EDIT:

Was anything but Flash Dash nerfed on an assassin as my damage seems overall less (might be paranoid!)
Possibly make Flash Dash flow more like TDB then a stopper on your attack chain

Warior is suposed to be fking tank not dmg maker. Assassin is mele class and now when i try pvp proper archer i got 1:100000 chance to hit him cos he attack and run attack and run all fking time and im slowed + he got push and slow. I shud be able 1-2 hit archers.

This hp u add dnt make for me anything change just boses hurt more cos of % hp dmg. Assassin shud have best dmg in game and now he dnt have it (similar dmg to archer and wizard and they both are range class + tao with anoing deva own asasins like pusys) I dnt pvp anymore cos its fking waste of potions and time. Ofc i speak about 1 v 1 pvp not masive pvp in hunts or war for town cos masive pvp is absolutly difrent story and sin got more chance to focus some 1 a nd kill.

Want only to know u will bring old dmg to flash dash or no. Was told about tht enough why shud be 1.5. HP change was useless for me. Tht my opinion.

Sam mate, there will aaaaaaalways be people moaning about stuff as you have seen from Ace and now Chronicles. But the moans here seem to be about more fundamental aspects of the game rather than material things such as gemming etc as was the case in ACEM2 (correct me if I am wrong).

All I can say is that I enjoyed AceM2 WAY MORE than Chronicles simply because I was able to access decent (not amazing) items with a reasonable amount of difficulty and also get to lvl 40 reasonably quickly (but not ridiculously fast). Maybe I'm lazy (probaly lool) but the focus was on bosses, getting higher level items and gemming rather than grinding to get a great axe or a dragon ring as is the case on Chronicles. I would still today log on to ACE M2 if I could, and content wise/structurally its not even close to Chronicles, but the user experience was more fun. Chronicles was boring for me, hence why I just stopped at 22 lol. And believe me I am the definition of a 'casual mir gamer' as I in no way have the time to dedicate to it to get to anywhere near 40 on Chronicles before the end of summer at the minimum lol

I hate to be a broken record but i have moaned about this serveral times on forums- user count has dramaticly dropped due to **** drops. Mobs don't have there own drop files, and the ones that do have **** rates. People are bored of grinding and getting nowhere. The only bosses worth killing are the mega ones,. which lets be honest most people cba with the chew of getting to them. MTK-ZT etc are untouched now due to **** drops. Bullpit has just given me his character as he has had enough, he has done 16hrs a day in Pastbichon for 3months and his best drop is a dragon ring. Can't see game making ti to 2.0 if im completely honest with you, but i do hope I'm wrong

On long term, grinding is harder and it takes more effort than bosses. Normal mobs don't drop as often as they should, so we can have decent lvl hunts without having to do cash hunts after each lvl hunt. They may drop something that worth selling, but it probably is a 1/100000...0000 chances; like once in 10 years. The game won't last long enough for all drops to be actually dropped with this rate. The chance for a drop off normal mobs is too low. ATM, bosses and cash hunts are a must in order to be able to afford lvl hunts 'cause lvl hunts offer you no drops (in a realistic amount of time) to further sell.

On Euro's PB, I remember getting items like 8trigram wheels, hang-ma wheel, baek-ta gloves, boundless/power/vio rings, OSRs, stones (L) and skills like CHM off winged (not to mention I had holy stones and FF off winged oma on Euro, but that was as rare as a vio ring is now on this server off PB mobs) and many others. PB used to drop average lvl stuff, like lvl 33+ and it dropped them pretty often. I had some of these at every few 2-3 days.

If you browse TM you won't see average stuff like the ones listed above, they need to be more common just like the lvl 36 weapons. Basically, we get to lvl 40 with a lvl 26 weapon in hand; we need more 30+ weapons dropped and present in TM for sale.

Generally speaking, we need drop rate improved off normal mobs and a more active market, therefore we need more items dropped in a decent amount of time, not once @every decade...

When you have decent level players saying I have to go cashing to get the gold for pots so I can hunt there is something very wrong.
Buying gold has big risks unless you have been doing it on every other server before this. Pitiful behaviour.
But not having enough gold to hunt is a big factor for many. If you can only play 3 ish hours spending half your playtime hitting chestnut trees to enjoy the game isnt fun.

Im a casual mir player and im 37... not been playing more than 3 weeks. levelling is not hard, its just not easy.

Trust Merchant cost too damn much. 10k + Commission we getting harsh fleeced. Remove the 10k or remove the commission. Its sad to see the tm.The number of pages/items shows how server is doing. Been waiting for some books to be able to actually play my character, but the damn books aint dropping. They are so rare that only way to buy em is to pay 3-5m for it. Drops are just frustrating making me not want to play anymore.

Ill be back for breakfast... :'(

Im a casual mir player and im 37... not been playing more than 3 weeks. levelling is not hard, its just not easy.

Exactly, i got to lvl 40 in exactly 2 weeks (and very few of those lvls were on bunnies)

This post is a gold mine of ideas and potential ways to improve the server.
I've never stuck to a Mir server longer than I have with this once since Euro, cause it feels real to me, but it is getting boring.

Please, please, please listen to these ideas, give us more to do cause as it stands it's bossing, questing, crafting, hunting or chatting.
Even things like Dailies, Refining, Gemming, Fishing etc, would massively improve the game for me.

Rare drops off mobs needs to be incresed also, I get excited when I see a HealthStone(L) drop just because it can actually sell for more then 50k. Which tbf, is quite depressing lol.

I personally think that the idea to give people rewards simply for logging on isn't good, that feels like a bribe to log on, and then instead of logging on to have fun you log on to get this little reward. I hate stalls and people afk levelling fishing and all that lark, it's frustrating and clutters the server. I'd much rather see 200 players online with about 20 afkers then a server with 300 online but 150 afkers in the town.

Please listen to the ideas in this post, but also keep to yourself, you made this server as good as it is but these ideas with your tweaking or input to make them fit this server will definitely help.

One final thing, maybe you should patch little things frequently instead of doing a big patch. Before hand when you added slight changes every week or so it felt like there was somebody there doing something, I appreciate the work involved in Patch 2.0 but what we see now isn't much, if you staggered the content of Patch 2.0 over several weeks like, Gemming one week, then a cave, then refining, then another cave, then unleashed the boss spawns etc. Personally I'd find this better than a big patch, little but often!

This is the best thread we have had on the forum in a long long time
Everyone is talking and working together to make the server better and this is a very very good thing (no flames or bitching its like people have started to grow up :P )

I am still working my way through this thread and some of the ideas are great and have been taken on board by the team.
Do not expect things to change overnight (we need time to work on stuff) but everything people have said in this thread is and will be taken on board.

Its nice to finally see all members of this forum working together to make a better server for us all the enjoy

Patch 2.0 is a big hope for everyone. But I really does not count everything on it because:

1. There will be patch 2.5, 3.0 coming in the future. Calm down guys and look into this new patch in a more rational way.

2. BH'Do not expect things to change overnight' but We need to see some change at least. Easter event is a fairly good big event. But I am expecting small daily events. My suggestion is one step after another with announcement.

3. For the ones who are still on board playing this game. I think a reasonable and fair reward can be a good encouragement.

4. This thread nearly covers every points and I do not need to mention more. But I wish Dev team summarize similar points and maybe develop a big vote to collect opinions. Make everything in a clear menu!
