Compared to some Korean/Chinese servers, this is med rate :P

And, though I've never peaked over 1k stats, I'm not quite sure about the cap.

Yes the LOM2 are/were capped.
I did ask him to remove it and he said he done that but if you have a later version of these files then perhaps it has been removed.

I love that exp rate, tbh it's perfect for most people

Seriously, how many times have you actually leveled from 1 to 40, 50, 60? In the amount of time you have been playing P servers

I can tell you i have done it so many times i wouldn't even be able to count them all before i'm 20 (btw my birthdays in April lol)

So tbh i think it's a nice change, would be nice to finally get rid of that leveling lark and actually increase your power with the use of items instead of levels
