That video though is not lag spikes, thats proper lag connection wise from the client end lol.
So you're saying its my desktop PC that's at fault and its not game related?

-bumpors-
Any other suggestions with this? Stripped my rig down, checked everything installed a new HDD and moved the client onto it and still get the same issues. I can't do anything when playing on my desktop 2 step stop, 2 step stop :'( if I can't get it fixed I'll have to stop playing as won't have a spare laptop after this week.

At my wits end with this.
Flashed my BIOS and ensured the newest versions installed
Installed new controllers for the Network adaptor, PCIe lanes and ensured my GPUs driver is up to date.
Flashed my HDD and installed a clean download
Tried playing with my desktop set to the same resolution in both windowed and full screen
Tested with and without FPS cap.
With debug mode on I keep getting displacement messages in the chat bar.
Ran in admin mode, compatibility mode for XP SP 2, 3, Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10. Tried turning off full screen optimisations.
Ran in safe mode with networking and no additional processes in the background.
My error log shows:
[01/10/2018 17:30:16] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at ﺘ쟀첶漉零.譖쇼茖䋓ྷ䴡(Object 퇲讀羍覨ᕭᑈ, EventArgs 왐엘뷬쨙繹䞰)

Using afterburner I've underclocked from the stock clock on my GTX 980 Ti
My CPU is not overclocked.
My computer is running as follows:
Mobo - ASUS Maximus Hero VIII
CPU - i7 6700k - 4ghz
RAM - 16gb DDR3
GPU - GTX Strix 980 Ti
Windows 10 (build 17134)
DX 12
I still get horrendous 2 step lag, with bounce back and its totally unplayable. The lag is not network related as I've tested my computer on two different independent networks with the exact same fault. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the game to run correctly, does anyone with an ounce of tech knowledge know what's causing my issue?
