everytime i reformat it asks me to either make another compy of windows on top the the partioned space that already exists or delite the existing pations space n make a new copy of windows on there

Yes you can, but what you need to do is change the save point of teh download to the storage as it will auto default to the windows one.

Alternatively, why get some 3rd party tool when windows can do it itself?
start > run > mmc
file > add snap in > add
look for "Disk Management"
click ok a few times, click on the item in the tree-view and look for the drive, right click and click partition or so

Because not all people are computer geeks! How many times do i have to tell you :P.
Why do all that, just right click my computer go to manage and you are there.
No need for starting up MMC and adding snap-in's unless you plan on saving them for future use and want a complete customized set of admin tools, using mmc for 1 off tasks is pretty useless.

I don't use windows on a day to day basis, so meh, apologies for not knowing the "less-technical" way of getting to it.
I used to have a custom set of mmc things on my desktop that had common tasks, share managing, user managing, disk managing and a few others. (Some of them were duplicated and pointed at other machines on the network for ease of management)

well, there are many tools in windows, we use other companies tools because they are usually better then windows tools, but still windows tools still usually do the work, so everyone got to decide what they wanna use. there is no point about arguing about it.
