I think the a.speed cap should be taken off both classes in my opinion. Sins can gem there kits with extra a speed like wars can. Already on here sins have the added bonus of an acc spell, that they dont get anywhere else (including official) so sins on here have more dc than original Mir, so theres the extra advantage to them. A.speed items have already had there speeds halved wich makes it harder for wars, but what your saying is the use of aspeed after 6 shouldnt be allowed. Have you tried to tdb every hit with speed of 8??

I have a 40 sin and a 41 warrior and tbh, a.speed on a warrior would be good but to do anything like that its so friggin expensive to to or even to buy gale items. Id love to have a gale necklace to use at a speed 4 and id be happy to use just that and lose 2-6 dc on average.

The aspeed on items was 'halved' from euro because the speed cap was changed from 16 to 8. But with both speeds being equal, they just changed the numbers. Smash set/d sword were left at their original values so they're twice as good as on euro.

speed cap is perfectly fine it's just the main problem is that haste says it gives aspeed 8 when it doesn't.. The animation for double slash is too slow to allow speed 8 to occur.

Personally i think its balanced as it is, wars risk storm gems which are most expensive, sins dont need to and go down the slow/agil route.. I think to many people just expect to faceroll other classes, stick me on hyper vs hmm can only say marduk? He has kinda same kit/level and ill bet you 10
Toe to toe's it'd be close or even more in sins favour. Just another pathetic cry thread issue really, isnt about 'balance' its fact sins cry because a warrior whos kits worth double a sins sometimes wins them. flash dash instant cast is fair but no sins shouldnt have more 'aspeed' because they get a spell that gives it, non buyist people will agree. Getting boring, secondly why are gm's looking into sins when the class that needs sorting asap and are broken atm is wizards?

Not if tori goes full agil kit, would be no contest im afraid. Hmm, maybe we should petition to get warriors nature agil increased to match sins?

Anyway, this thread has gone way off topic. It's been another solid day of bossing by the big guilds by the looks of it - does anyone have a rough idea of how many more 50 weps have dropped today?

Fixed it for you.

you fixed nothing gimp boy. everyone knows sins should have more attack speed than warriors. Tai was asking why.

The argument for this is that flashdash takes up a significant amount of time to cast, so the damage gain due to 20% poison is completely negated by the swings lost during cast time (taking into consideration that many casts don't add the poison anyway).
that sounds great.

are we looking at this from a pvp or pve point of view?
if from pve then it makes sense but from pvp it doesnt.

Bit of an outburst! I was just explaining that I brought out some figures to encourage the server team to give assassins speed 8, as they are currently between 6 and 7.

I can't imagine FD changing PvP too much, the current pvp style of an assassin is in-out, try and proc a flashdash then engage for burst damage. The burst damage is severely limited as the cast time of FD leaves you open to assault and you often miss the chance to swing. Most higher DPS assassins just dont bother casting it in cave fights anymore.
