If this is a group exercise, then I would make myself stand out by suggesting new ideas, however, I would also make a point of trying to include others in the conversation(Maybe a quieter individual). This will show group work and initiation, but whatever you do, do not be ****y at all. It goes down bad.
Tell the inteviewers how you've given feedback to members of staff or friends/colleagues. Give them points of things you've actually done, not things you would do. No doubt they will ask you how you have reacted in specific situations, don't ever says "I would do this". Say "I did this". Companies love feedback.
Be confident, not ****y.
The main thing to remember is to be relaxed and as the others stated, be yourself. I am a firm believer that if you have to lie to get through the the interview, you're not the right guy for the job and will fail somewhere along the line.
If they ask you a question you don't know the answer to straight away, take a couple of minutes to think about it. The interviewers will not think any less of you for it, if anything it will go in your favour because you've thought out the answer, not just told them a load of crap.
Good luck, I'm sure you'll do fine.
If you mean this Saturday, then this message is to late, but hopefully you've got the job.
