The SS and PS issues where unforeseen bugs and we did not know about then until the server went live. They will be fixed at some point this morning

Stuff like this happens with a small part time hobby team, we do not have the resources or the time that a big company has. We sort bugs like this as soon as humanly possible and it will be fixed at some point this morning.

every patch has come with issues, this is understandable and acceptable.
to launch an event at the same time as a patch is really silly, with the track record of botched patches what part of the teams brain thought it would be a good idea?
