A little NPC help plz

Hi all i ahve a npc that spawns mobs but how do i make it spawn them & difreant coads in the room e.g

NPC it @ 10 10 & i wont the npc to spawn the mob @ 20 20 how would it go here's what i have

you use the PARAM command

#ACT
Param1 0 <--MAP
Param2 20 <--X
Param3 20 <--Y
MonGen Yob 1
