Annoying search bar thing

I keep getting this annoying open web search tool bar everytime i load up IE. Ive tryed everything to ged rid of it i.e spybot, AVG,Reg seeker and ad aware but it wont go -_-

Any ideas ?

You diddn't say you had tried that, next time you post give a little more info.

Anto i said ive tryed everything which includes add or remove programs cmon add or remove programs is an obvious thing to check.

don't forget to get any updates for your anti spyware proggy...
other things you can do...
1. use firefox
2. try edit the registry

Not surprisingly, so were all the rest of us FF users...

It takesa a week _max_ to get used to ff, do what i did for my dad, remove all visible ways to access IE, so that you have to use ff >:E

Firefox is the fix; you will always get the problem as long as you use IE and keep trying to find porn sites by typing in things like www.sex.com.

Download an anti ad program, which will fix it for a while, until it comes back bigger and harder to stop.

Or download firefox which you can make look exactly the same as IE (why the hell you'd want to is beyond me), is more user friendly and has a lot of security features.

Then again, if you can't work out why to drop IE, you don't deserve the presence of FireFox for your interweb dealings.

I got this ages ago on my old computer and it was there right the way through until i got my new computer. Dont think you can remove it.

You could, as i have yet to see any spyware that I myself haven't been able to remove (on my PC and on the PC's i have cleaned for my friends). Even the most nasty ones can be removed, just takes some time and effort in reading through the HijackThis log and finding the right things to remove from the registry. I even applied for the spyware remover spot on a other computer forum wich i was accepted to, but apparently i really CBA. to go through 50 HT logs a day.

Ive done: (everything up- to date)

Spybot S&D (in safemode also)
AVG Virus Scan (in safemode)
Cleaned internet cache
Registry scanned (in safemode)
Add and Remove
Ad-Aware

And nowt changed =/
