Was it the table data in Game1 and missing fields? I'm guessing you used Kaori's tools to decode the stditem etc .dat files too. Wasnt about at the time so i missed em lol. What about DSN's, what r they for DBsrv, Game1 &?

no i dont have kaori file but i did look at the dbserver in hex and made all the TBL's and FLD's to look the same and added 6 new TBL's that are named there

Edit2: Just setup the files and setup the DBsrv like the readme says... but still saying win32 error. In the user account do you have to have passwords for each?



Also..... Do we need mir3db in the ODBC or's that just from the previous version?

well db server and login server fine but when i load eiserver.exe i comes up with this tryed everything i could think of atm :/

Yeah i got to same stage to now, Gamegate server doesnt show connection.

looking at it i think its down to the !setup.txt not being re-encrypted right, check out how it looks before decrypting and when its re-encrypted.

if you run with their setup you have't change the sa p/word in sql and the db's names Herocommon1 is herocommon and Game1 is game and cant change the ip for a router and it wont go on line we are missing the file encryptsetup.exe or can someone make this in english pls

also if you change anything in the setup do it via hex and change the hex before the so if it the ip 127.0.0.1 before that do 09 in hex

thx wolfy ok use decryptsetup for the !setup.txt then use hex workshop to edit the file then use decryptsetup to encrypt it now run that bit ok now all we need to do is see why it wont load the envir folder
