to me the flares make it look as if they are comin together infront of the sun, but thats just me

I don't like this one. The planets look strange being so close together and the lense flare is WAY overdone it also doesn't look right being right in the middle of the image.

The stars suck, the black spaces look too fake.... and its not been done evenly (sp?), doesn't look right.

There are massive gaps in the universe, which doesn't happen. And you need to look up on perspective, because that's out.
