Yeah I'm sure there is ways of doing it, export it from the DBCommander and then just import it into MSSQL as a text file, you will need to add fields, name the fields, set the data type etc.

Its all in Excel docs and text files.

MSSQL can read Excel files.. I've used it before

Yes it can, but good luck doing it with the 2 Excel files included in the file. A load of editing needs to be done, may as well just TYPE in what you need, will take just as long.
