Doesnt really bother me, my 2mb does me fine for what i need.

Seems to cope well in games and downloading isnt too much of a wait.

im guessing thats when you take the NTL package costing X/month (sorry i down know what packages they do) and you pay what? 1/3 of it for the internet?

No no no. I pay £45 a year for my 10meg connection, it isn't with NTL or anyone like that. It's just a 10meg connection with unlimited bandwidth usage.

WB ^^ - Don't suppose by living on campus you also get the other joys of shared internet - web filtering, port restriction, traffic shaping and fluctuating speeds? If not, which Uni?

No web filtering, traffic shaping or fluctuating speeds. The only ports that are blocked are P2P ports, but I have RapidShare and MS/MU accounts anyway so I don't miss Limewire one bit.
