I mean all these whinging about a select few having some kind of 'advantage' just to get a little bit of early play themselves, will then be the exact same ones that cry after 20mins of live because they've already done 0-20 or whatever level in beta and they can now not be bothered to do it a second time at an even slower rate.

I've all kinds of free time currently, but didn't apply to beta test because I know that mir doesn't hold my interest enough anymore for me to do the low levels twice. And you can bet that for many, that is also the case, particularly as the rate is accelerated during beta to enable more things to be tested.

This is such a key reason for a closed Beta, leveling once is boring, let alone twice :P

Have you tested if cheats work upto the speed of a mount, I am pritty confident the reason most people don't get caught cheating/flagged is because if you run the same speed as you do on a mount, surely you can't tell if somebody is going past the certain speed cap if u can run say 1.1 on a mount(a example, I don't know mount speed) as I would only get flagged on 1.16 on chronicles.....not sure if it's same for c servers? Maybe check

Everyones same speed on C# files so i wouldn't worry your definitely know if someones cheating, ive tested cheats on C# and your just get displacement constantly unless you can bypass that. Also you can't adjust your speed so once you up the speed, say too x2 speed on cheat engine if you was to put it back down to x1 your have to restart your client to get back to the original speed.

This is something worth looking at, but we have already tested 1.1-1.8 and it does nothing on our files.

But lets be honest, if someone manages to make themselves as fast as a mount, i think it will be made clear pretty quickly :P

Makes me giggle on forums. I think 1 person mentioned the closed beta being an issue (and 1 other saying "yeh maybe you have a point") . But we now have 2 pages of every tom dick and harry slating "all those moaners".
