Its being slowly upgraded, so more and more people are getting on the download, just keep trying every couple of minutes, the people who are downloading are doing so very quickly too, so its no worry, character creation will be open as long as necessary.

can i ask if your monster libs 135/136/137/138/139/140 are supposed to be in the data folder? they look similar to the monster libs in the monster folder. just making sure there are no issues before you guys go live.

also libs 998 and 999 in the data folder appear to be magic libs are they in the right locations?

Connect limit on the FTP user maybe?

Not sure why you chose to use the FTP protocol over HTTP (I found HTTP much faster), and you don't need login.
