Well i tell ya what m8 gloves are off and im reporting u to have u banned from lomcn as a thief of files and a complete ****.

so i will wait for the LOMCN mir Police then to call at my door for changeing files that i had. WOW

Right so on to the next point giving u the files to host well what can i say wade, well lets start with the fact that u couldnt update to save ur life hence the constant phone call that i had to put up with on a daily basis, with how do i do this how do i do that......

i remeber a few times that you where calling me asking how you did something as we put bits in the server which you didnt know how to do.


i have no problem with u hosting a server developed from my files but no u gotta say im gonna change a couple of names a couple of kits and suddenly its a new server pfft.

i never said it was a new server i have said that it was crusade v2 and changeing bits and bobs on that cause ppl have asked for it back plus i never wiped the char db so players have their accounts.


To think we were once mates god i spose ur gonna take credit for most of the updates to V2 aswell, lets hope ur next update aint a server killer like the last event from Koni

well yes myself and koni did most of the updates in v2 you yes helped with castle as i helped you when you couldnt get the castle to work right.

tbh matt i never thought you could be so bitter but true colours are showing i guess.

The server then went down for a sustained period of time, and you then at some point decided to relaunch the files without the permission of the servers creator.
Crusade is now back online and after talking to niss i understand that you do not have permission to use these files.

hey m8, been reading your thread, ive starting playing bandet again due to CRUSADE! having a crap host. niss is a fab guy but he cant host it always lag's and goes down and i dont want to play a server like that he's only brang back up because people are lookin for servers to play and he recon he has hit the peak

hello thanks for reply if i may point you too this comment made by koni which has a link to an old thread stating that i can do what i would like to and with the files as niss got feed up with the server.

when the original crusade was up and running matt got a strop on because the user count was to low for him and decided to take the server down this quote has been taken from the original crusade 1.9 post before we took on the files and made them version2

If rillifane (aka karl) or any wishes to continue it they can contact me by pm on forum. now if you can be bothered to read which obviously some of you cannot, you will see that niss himself gave up the files and gave them to wade (wanabee) to have, and was even contemplating putting them up for any tom dick and harry to have and use as it states in his quote, you lot dont know fk all about the situation you only know what bs you have been fed from others who dont know jack, this server will be alot different then the old v1 version that matt created and is using now, there was at no point any "you can host them" or "you can borrow them" or "i want them back" etc etc so keep your opions out of here there not welcome as there just bull. get your facts straight before you post crap in the future.

If u read the post that ur quoting u will see that the files were going to be released UNLESS wade wanted to continue the server by hosting MY files, as wade decided to host the files were never realeased to the public (therefore no 1 has the right to use them without my permission), hence the files are mine he doesnt have my permission to use them, therefore this server should not be allowed to be advertised imo.

As for my comments last night although maybe a tad on the strong side they are still correct.

Any way im not prepared to argue about it any more ill abide by what ever decision is made by the staff of lomcn.

However if we look at the rule purposefully (and I can, since I wrote it) - it becomes obvious that the rule was written so that developers can have sole discreation over all aspects of their creation. The only problem with this interpretation is that we still have the agreement between you and wade.

It comes down to this, and we'll need to hear this from both of you. What was the intention behind the agreement? Because from where I'm sitting niss it looks as though you were done with the files (hence the planned release), and gave them solely to wade to continue. Thus, transferring any ownership from you to him.

Mucho interested in each of your thoughts. This is a hard one

my intention for these files was to re use them, i took the server off line as my post cleary states under crusade v2.

the reason for down time was due to haveing one server machine and i wanted
to build a mir3 server that is now nearly built and will look for a dedicated host. my intention then was to put crusade back up which i have done but with a slight diffrence as stated also.

hope that clears that up.

in that case niss said i could do what i like with the files as he didnt want anymore to do with them, as he was going to work on torrozo which he did and i was running and updateing crusade as i whished. So took that as he didnt want anything todo with the files etc etc. you only have my word for that as his will be diffrent.

and in his post that is above which i guess you have read he says himself that he didnt want anymore todo with them.

yea yea i know bandet ive had the domain for about 4 years i love bikes and the suzuki bandit already had a site http://www.suzukicycles.com/Products/GSF1250SK7/Default.aspx

so i had to make another name hense bandet had pics of bikes and forum
then bikes faded slighty lol but still had domain name lol has been put to use again. and pissed again cya's
