Its good when its busy but sucks when its boring. If the manager is decent at training he'll do for you what my old manager did for me, which is make sure ur active all night, and make sure you serve as many people as possible. One night is more than enough to get the hang of everything if your trained right.
The problems come if you work afternoons (theyre the graveyard shifts of pubs etc) and the time drags by so ****ing slowly. Becuase unlike other jubs there isnt much you can do to occupy the time.
