Double TS - Double ThunderStorm? :S

Haha my bad, didnt read what you had put properly, in my mind I read "Double Slash"

I agree Double TS should stun mobs, this was the only effective use of the skill for any decent mobs; just hope they have upped the damage output to compensate - If i remember TS used to hit around 65-80 in about 30 mc at level 2/3, would scale slightly with MC, but have a decent base because we all used to wear AC because even with Stun it still hurts..
