Big problem help please

Hey,

Basically, my server just crashed and couldent figure it out, i tried loading back up and i got some error and DB wasent working

so i tried to go into DB enterprise only to find out it wouldent let me acess

because it was stoped rather than playing, and i couldent press play it just wont work

any help please?
