Instanced KR is stupid? did you really think you will reach the KR without being stopped by other guilds? yea right, keep dreaming.
Are you a special kind of stupid... I almost was going to leave it at that, but I’ll expand on this:
Guild 1 and guild 2 have conflict with one another, guild 1 decide they want to stop guild 2 getting boss x, so the next time the global shout goes out they make way to the KR door.... guild 2 don’t show up, but now guild 1 are stuck there camping the KR door just in case they have to stop guild 2 from getting this boss.... because guild 2 know there boss is guaranteed to be there they can just wait and kill it now or 3-4 hours from now, *** it will still be there for the next fortnight if they want to wait that long..... it would just mean every guild get every boss, so the only way to balance that would be to dramatically reduce the boss drop rates so we don’t end up with a gimped economy from an influx and continuous supply of rare items....
Simply, instanced KR’s are silly... I hope that this isn’t the direction the server goes as it would totally suck...
Simple Solution:
KR that require opening - Dungeon shout on opening followed by global shout 1 hour later if boss not killed.
KR that don’t require opening - Dungeon shout after 30 mins of boss spawn, global shout 1 hour after if boss not killed.
World/upper tier Bosses - Global Shout at Spawn (Tiger, Queen & Lair)
This means the top three bosses can still give the PvP to the higher levels that want it, the lower levels have a chance to stumble upon a boss while checking a KR and guilds that have spent an evening opening a KR get chance to do a boss before the rest of the server know it’s up.
