well tbh ebay, specify your distance of travel.
before hand you should be looking at getting some quotes on cars that are realistic to insure then just find them on ebay.
on topic my bros got a 1.4 astra M reg fully kitted with fli system all except the front speakers and tweaters, which i will be receiving as my car in the summer by the looks of it, its a good system with lots of bass (twin 15inch sub) cost about 500.
end of the day your system will have to specify your needs, if you want quality you got to be willing to pay the extra and go for alpine sony etc and 6X9's arent as bad as people say they are otherwise people wouldnt have them.
The Fli stuff is decent, but no more.
Just good stuff if you are on a tight budget.
Sony is shyte, stay clear.
Most people that have 6x9's these days ae clueless. You will see the odd professionally kitted out cars with them, but they will be the top notch ones, and will be fitted correctly, in the right places.
We are talking to people who want to stick some cheap 6x9's on a cheap parcel shelf, above a sub, and no doube the 6x9's wont even be wired properly.
