Just wondered what you guys think of the charms, now that more people have them and we have had chance to get used to the dmg?
I'll throw my 10p in from the view of a sin.
Double slash 30% damage, single target double hit. Allows us to kill one target 30% quicker than normal.
Flamefield +30%. People (including me) knew this spell was OP even before having another 30% damage smashed on top of it. Allows wiz to kill how many? 18 mob at a time 30% quicker. The damage adds up to a hell of a lot more than 30% double slash.
Strange one, CHM + 80%. Say whaaaat? Allows warriors to almost hit double damage on 8 mob per hit. This coupled with slashing burst just makes it insane haha. Good fun to watch my guild mates ripping the pee out of huge lures and killing them quicker than I killed one single mob! Tried in pvp, I died in 3 shots from a guys CHM (didn't use pots).
Taos main spell is not able to get damage increase from charms? Why? Poison cloud should get more dmg per tick or something. UE plus 0-10 is decent, but really only useful for group hunting.
In my eyes wiz and warrs have come up trumps, I have 2x double slash charms, but the risk of embarrassment from a shout of shame, is greater than the advantage of killing a single mob 30% faster.
