As for the cheat warnings... I was warning people about cheats early on in the servers life...

Maybe this was wrong, but I wanted people to play and enjoy the server, I thought that if given a warning some may stop and play normally... When this was discussed with Milo he disagreed and we stopped warning...

I admit that this was bad judgement on my behalf and apologize for it.

and milo it was started within weeks of server starting that sam was warning people about cheats, and he denied it then, to see it still happening many months down the line...? and factoring in he was asking for kit.....

Can't answer the first part cause I've no idea, I stayed in the background entirely on chronicles in the beginning but am close friends with Sam so was always in the group chats. I don't know if he denied it or not publicly. Regarding the asking for kit. People can ask. They won't ever get it but they can ask. He's not the first to ask and won't be the last I'm sure.

So, no I am not denying that the email was changed (but then I never have).

The so-called friend bit is a little questionable... He had access to the account, knew its details and you (or someone with supposed access to the email account) and logged into the character and wiped it of its items... This could have been a huge ploy and in fact he had logged on from another computer/ip to remove the items... Either way, this prompted me to change the email...

So I was under the belief that:
- He had bought an account.
- Kitted it.
- Changed the password which then sent the new password to you.
- You logged in and removed the items.
- He provided me with details of the account.
- I changed the account.

This should all be apparent in the screenshots (although I haven't looked over them fully).

He never bought anything of me, apparently you have a receipt according to the PM's I received from BH... (see'ing as you failed to respond to me a month ago). Surely My name would be on this receipt as a receiver?

You know exactly who I am, from previous dealings.
I can provide you with details of several accounts, if I friend you on facebook and request an email and pass change will you do it for me? doubt it.

I wouldn't mind see'ing the QnA's and email this Tim fella gave to you...

The person in question being Depress?

Depress has never popped up on our cheat detector and every time I have followed Depress around he has never seemed fast... I try to follow all reports around periodically for a week (that is for each report we get).

EDIT: Thats not to say he isn't faster or faster than he should be... Thats me saying I can not prove he is.

Seems little point denying favours for friends to me, the pictures have you talking about Christmas do's and what your watching on TV, hardly talking to a random are you. Half the team are still denying stuff your admitting to Sam.

Just get the account back to its rightful owner, minus the pk points and move on. Hopefully take this whole cluster**** as a lesson and make sure all the obvious hacks ingame at the moment start getting sorted. Maybe even code something to try and catch the tt macro's.

p.s a little extra help for BH/Sam on the user side of things might be good, haven't had a reply to various bugs and issues in about 2 months, and in some cases have had replies via my own guildies before I get em myself.

I think conversations like that aren't uncommon with me... For anyone who has me on Skype or Facebook I am pretty open to a conversation... But sure me and him used to play a server together, we had non Mir related conversations so I can see why people are seeing it this way.

As for the account I think there is more than enough proof that I was wrong in this instance...

Bare in mind guys, I have been a part of this community (like most of us) for years and I have people on Skype/Facebook from when we used to play together... I wouldn't consider myself corrupt and conveniently what has been left out of the screenshots is the many requests for items or levels or gold that were denied/ignored which has lead to this behavior in the first place....

I make mistakes like any body, but I can hold my hands up (granted when proven to be wrong) and admit I was wrong and try and reconcile...
